All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Shipping charges are detailed below. We will send you a tidy receipt, probably handwritten, with everything itemized.

Payment Online Payments We accept PayPal, and MasterCard and VISA via that service. Let us know by phone, e-mail, or this order form what you'd like to purchase, and we'll get a PayPal invoice off to you promptly.
Check or Money Order Checks and money orders, payable to Dog Lovers Bookshop, must be drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds.

Shipping Methods and Charges Domestic: $4.00 for the first book or other item; an additional $1.50 for the second; another $0.95 for each item thereafter. A surcharge may apply on oversize and heavy books. We ship via U.S. Postal Service (media rate, insured). You may request alternatives (surcharges may apply).
International: We ship air parcel post insured, charging you the exact amount. For this reason we urge customers outside the United States to pay by credit card. Other shipping methods on request.

We ship promptly: Most orders ship within 24 hours. We confirm shipments by e-mail.
We pack your purchases with care: Books are gently cleaned and individually wrapped before packing. They are sent on their way in sturdy parcels, with plenty of support and protection. Our pet professional peeve is the poorly packed book. So when it comes to wrapping and packing books, we follow our own advice, as set forth in The Care and Feeding of Books Old and New.
Ordering a gift? We offer complimentary gift wrapping and cards with the message of your choice, to which we devote our very best penmanship.

Returns We accept returns for refund or exchange. We ask that you ship returns, insured, within 10 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and any instructions to us. If we've been inept (shipped you the wrong edition, perhaps), we will reimburse shipping costs. Otherwise returns are for merchandise value only. Please note that videotapes, if opened and found defective, may be exchanged only for the same title.
